Welcome to PhotoStore Kenya. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

PhotoStore Kenya provides photo printing, mounting, framing, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

We strive to reproduce your images as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to differences between screen displays and print outputs.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to image quality concerns.

4. Shipping

We deliver within Kenya. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either reprint the item or issue a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any images you upload to our platform. By uploading images, you confirm that you have the right to reproduce them and grant us a limited licence to use them solely for fulfilling your order.

We reserve the right to refuse printing any content that infringes on third-party copyrights, contains illegal material, or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Limitation of Liability

PhotoStore Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

We are not responsible for the loss or corruption of uploaded images. Please retain your own copies of all files submitted to us.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
