Delivery times begin after production is complete. Total time from order to delivery is production time plus shipping time.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, protected with foam corners, and placed in sturdy double-walled cardboard boxes. Fragile items such as framed prints and glass products include additional bubble wrap protection.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
